Our primary focus at Harris Construct is on ‘high-end’ projects, however, we also work alongside Clients with varying budgets to meet quality, time and cost targets for a variety of projects.

INITIAL DEVELOPMENT

Initial development feasibilities, site analysis and introductory Town Planning advice.

 

HARD TENDER

The traditional approach; quoting a project from completed drawings and specifications provided by the Architect, Developer or Owner.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT

Involvement from the initial project concept, to provide buildability and costing advice through the detailed design phase, therefore ensuring the most efficient and appropriate design outcome.

 

FULL PROJECT UNDERTAKING

We can engage and manage; Draftsman/ Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Town Planning consultants and undertake the Construction, all on your behalf as a start-to-finish service for your project.

COST  STRUCTURE

 

WE ARE FLEXIBLE IN OUR COST STRUCTURE AND CAN PROVIDE SERVICES IN ANY ON OF THE FOLLOWING MANNERS.

FIXED FEE

Perfect for when the scope of works is unlikely to be varied.

COST PLUS

More suited to when there are likely to be design changes or the documentation provided for quoting is very limited.

HOURLY RATE WORKS

Where the Client only requires short term assistance in any one of the above areas or the scope of works is undefined.
